Why you'll love it
The Ancram Pleated Brass Flush Mount is built around pleated brass that folds the light into soft ridges and a round glass globe held in brass. Its proportions are calm and deliberate, so it reads as a design statement rather than a simple fixture.
It is shaped in solid brass and finished by hand, so no two lights are exactly alike. Made to order by artisans, it is built to last for decades and to age with character.
Use it in a hallway, a bedroom, a kitchen or any room with a lower ceiling, where a hanging fixture would feel too much. The glass softens the bulb into a calm, even glow with no hard edges or glare.

Living brass
Raw, unlacquered brass is a living finish. It slowly takes on a natural patina that makes every light one of a kind. To keep it bright, polish it with a soft cloth and a brass cleaner. To let it age, simply leave it as it is.
Painted, chrome and lacquered finishes are sealed and keep their tone. Dust them with a soft, dry cloth.
Glass, marble and fabric parts can be dusted with a dry cloth. Always switch the fixture off and let it cool before cleaning.
