Shipping rates

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Jersey and Guernsey.

Shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

For Iceland, Jersey and Guernsey, shipping is a flat $150 per order.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes are included in our prices. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Made to order

Each Yore light is handcrafted to order by artisans. Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 days from the date of your order, production and transit included. The estimated delivery window is shown on every product page. Production and dispatch take 3 to 5 business days, then transit takes 4 to 6 business days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Large lights such as chandeliers may require a signature on delivery. If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave instructions to reschedule or collect your parcel.

Damaged in transit

Every light is carefully packed. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging and we will make it right.
